Cutter is a fully upholstered lounge type styling chair constructed in hard wood ply for durability. All cushions are high resilient foam with a synthetic leather cover. The elegant foot rest is welded steel in chrome. Cutter comes with hydraulic pump base, made in USA. Pump base options-Star, silver or black. Round, Chrome or Black.
