At Wadsworth Salon, shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order. Shipping rates are estimated and may vary. Please allow for the designated lead times and shipping noted on all products.

IMPORTANT!
Wadsworth Salon takes all precautions in packaging or crating all products well, but will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery by carrier. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
PLEASE inspect all shipments upon delivery for damage prior to signing for shipment. Do not accept a damaged package without damage and description being noted on carriers paper work. Take clear pictures of damaged packing and product. Call us immediately. Shipping Department 801.235.7065
RETURNS
Merchandise purchased from wadsworthsalon.com may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Call 801.235.7065 to begin the return process. Refunds are issued in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: 330 E. 1750 N., Vineyard, UT 84059. The actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
